Upon membership registration on Cyber Pour, the provider shall collect, process and store personal data of the member according to data privacy laws, as far as this is required for handling of the membership, inclusive of the exertion of an existing right of withdrawal and the assertion of claims towards the provider or the member. Upon registration, the member agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his / her personal data by the provider for the purposes mentioned above.
On no account shall the provider pass personal data of the member on to third parties, exclusive of service partners who collect further data from the provider for registration handling purposes, e.g. financial service and debt collection agencies. Conveyance of data shall be carried out according to data privacy laws and it’s extensiveness will be constrained to the relevant minimum.
Upon full contract completion, which includes complete payment of all owed fees according to the Cyber Pour by the member, the stored personal data shall be locked, as far as it has to be stored by the provider for legal reasons. After the retention obligation has expired, this personal data shall be deleted by the provider. Otherwise, the deletion of the personal data of the member shall be carried out upon full contract completion, or if the member has withdrawn his / her agreement to the use of his / her data and the provider is not authorized to further use of the data by legal regulations.
The provider shall at all times inform the member about all collected, processed and stored data upon request. Contact person for this information is the provider.
